The Truth About Barack’s Birth Certificate

There are liars, damn liars and lying liars that lie! This would describe Obama's "Fight the Smears" website. What a joke!

This came directly from said website:

NO asshole -- it most definitely IS about that piece of paper. You idiots are the folks that are manipulating people with your lies and massaging the verbiage. Very few -- that I am aware of -- have questioned whether Obama is an American citizen as it is quite irrelevant to what most care about.

The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America.

He may or may not have been born in Hawaii. He may or may not be a native citizen, which is all he could possibly be if his daddy is truely BHO, Sr. Being a native citizen is not a constitutionally acceptable status to serve as POTUS.

1. Anyone believing one word FactCheck has to say in regard to obama is a fool. FactCheck is a subsidiary of the Annenberg Foundation, for whom obama worked and served on their board.

2. You admit right here that IF he is indeed Barack Obama, Jr. he was a British subject and Kenyan citizen at birth, thus not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

3. Renouncing citizenship or having citizenship to a foreign nation expire rules has nothing to do with being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

4. One point you left out was his adoption by Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro. How does that fit into this puzzle?

Is He Eligible?

Scenario 1:
Born in the USA (HI, WA, TX or whatever)

Mother is 18 -- Legal age in the US in 1961 was 21 y/o
In 1961 Hawaiian law stated must have lived in HI for 5 years after
the age of 16 (or 14 or 15 - I‘ve seen all)
Thus, unable to pass on citizenship if she is the only American citizen
parent

Father is a foreigner -- BO Sr. who was a Kenyan under British subjection
Senior is a British citizen
Citizenship is passed by the father in this case, which "Obama" admits

Mom and Dad may, or may not have been married, but it is irrelevant as Dad was already married so the “marriage” would not be legal in the USA

US Code: Title 8, Chapter12, Subchapter III, Part I, Section 1405: Persons born in HI

Conclusion:
No way is he a “natural born citizen” of the USA as that requires BOTH parents to be US citizens. He may or may not be a “native born citizen”
It also questions his US citizenship, but not according to Beckwith


Scenario 2:
Born in Kenya (or Canada or any foreign nation)

Mother is 18 -- Legal age in the US in 1961 was 21 y/o
In 1961 Hawaiian law stated must have lived in HI for 5 years after the age of 16 (or 14 or 15 - I‘ve seen all these ages)
Thus, unable to pass on citizenship if she is the only American citizen parent

Father is a Kenyan National -- see Scenario 1

Conclusion:
There is NO WAY he is a “natural born citizen” and may not even be a citizen unless he was naturalized at some point. There are no records to indicate he ever was.

Scenario 3:
Born somewhere in the USA

Mother is an 18 y/o US citizen

Father is US citizen 18 or older -- Frank Marshall Davis, Malcom X or whoever

Conclusion:
The baby would definitely be a “natural born citizen”
However, his name would not be Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.
Therefore, while eligible to be POTUS, he is none the less a FRAUD, unless he legally changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama and there is no evidence to support said name change.


Scenario 4:
Mother is 18 y/o US citizen

Father is Kenyan National

Parents may or may not have been married
The minor child is adopted by Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro
The child is known as Barry Soetoro as school records from Indonesia indicate

Conclusion:
Per the Obama File:
Upon reaching the age of 18, the minor can go before the appropriate US State Dept Official and apply for re-instatement of citizenship, and swear allegiance to the US.
There is no evidence that Obama has done so, and even if he did, he would then be a NATURALIZED citizen and will forever have lost any natural born citizen status to be president.


Other Concerns:
There is also the question of his legal name.
I have seen reports that his name was Barry Dunham and Barry Soetoro.
We know that he went by Barry Soetoro for at least some portion of his life.
When did he go from being Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama?
If there was no legal name change, would this not make anything and everything he has signed as Barack Obama fraudulent?

In all likelihood he is most definitely not constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States of America.
In all likelihood he is also the most fraudulent individual to ever attempt such a feat.
