Founder and Historian David Ramsay defines a Natural Born Citizen in 1789:

was born to American citizenS on an American military base

in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936:

These citations are more than enough to establish the actual meaning of natural born citizenship – although being in possession of two functioning brain cells may be of great help in one’s journey to understanding and enlightenment.

FACTS

1) Only a natural born citizen is constitutionally eligible for the office of the presidency.
2) A natural born citizen must be born on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizens, as shown above.

Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Dunham amongst other possibilities, while claiming to be born in Hawaii, has shown no proof of that assertion. It is a well know fact both of the alleged birth certificates are forgeries. Period! He may or may not have been born in Hawaii, but no one has irrefutable proof of such.

If we are to believe that Barack Hussein Obama, Senior is indeed the father – as the aka claims – then his “father” was not at the time of his birth -- nor was he ever -- a U.S. citizen.

This fact alone precludes him from being a natural born citizen.

There is an entire country claiming to be the birth place of Barack Hussein Obama … that country is Kenya. There is also a Kenyan birth certificate for him floating around. It certainly appears to be more authentic then the two aka Obama released.

There are questions surrounding not only his place of birth, but also his parentage. A question on one of these qualifications would be disturbing, but having uncertainty and secrecy surrounding both factors is simply too much to white wash.

The parentage alone disqualifies this man from being president of the United States. Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Dunham amongst other possibilities, is not now, nor was he ever constitutionally eligible to be president of the United States of America.

I AM A FREEKING GENIUS

It is difficult to wake up one day and realize that in spite of all odds you are the smartest person in the world. Over the past several years it has been my habit to fire up the computer and scan the headlines, while drinking my first pot of coffee, reading articles of interest. What I have found lately – especially within the past six months – is that there is no real news. Articles which hold any interest or real zest are hard to find and require searching many numbers of individual websites. No longer is it possible to go to the Drudge Report or FreeRepublic to see a conglomeration of the news for the day. In desperation I have actually reduced myself to checking Yahoo headlines.

Oh, there are plenty of keystrokes and bandwidth being utilized to be sure, but little of any real substance in regards to the latest outrage of the day. There are few hard hitting essays expressed by free-thinking authors who have duly researched their subject matter, who are also willing to have them published, unafraid of the consequences. It has become a Herculean task to find them, dancing from site to site, as you must also have at least a modicum of knowledge as to what sites actually allow truth – as opposed to pure propaganda – to be posted on their sites.

And so it is I have begun to find articles that at least skirt the real dilemmas we face as a nation today. However, they are constructed to be politically correct and hide the true meaning of much that is said. For instance; a myriad of words are used to replace the one word that would sum up in a neat package what many are trying to say… communism/communist would be one such word. Another would be Enemedia as opposed to mainstream media, as there is nothing mainstream about the dreck being spread by the enemies of America and the truth. My biggest pet peeve, however, is the use of the word “president” when referring to that illegal, ineligible, unconstitutional, prevaricating, traitorous SOB currently soiling the People’s House in Washington, DC. Usurper is the word to best describe that plight on America. It is beyond repulsive to me to see “it” being referred to as President of the United States of America…which he is not.

This finally brings me back to my sheer genius…my prescience if you will. More than 1121 days have passed since I ranted to anyone who would listen that we would be thrown into a Constitutional crisis of monumental proportions if we allowed that traitor to be installed into the Oval office. On numerous occasions I have stated that the installation of this no one from nowhere would be the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the people and the United States of America. As I vociferated in respect to the damage he would do to our country and our people many began to avoid me, thinking perhaps I had gone too far. Lo and behold, more than three years later, I am seeing others refer to his deliberate destruction of America reducing her and her citizens to little more than that of third world status.

The admonition to wake up and observe the destruction and continuing attacks on our country and culture has finally gone viral. My response has been one of cognitive dissonance. Having been tied up in knots for four years as I rode around the internet as Paul Revere warning the communists are coming, the communists are coming has left me a bit too exhausted to react with much more than snicker that the sheeple have finally taken note of what little more than a few of us have been screaming since this fraud arrived on the scene.

What is truly troublesome is that it has taken nearly four years for the alleged conservative, alternative media to begin sounding the alarms. This is absurd when one considers the bastard told us exactly what he intended to do, BEFORE he was ensconced in the White House. What was so difficult to understand when he said:

Now that it has become crystal clear, even to the self imposed deaf, dumb and blind among us, that he really did mean what he said, a few are beginning to get nervous.

Sadly, they are still not addressing the rudimentary cause of the situation. Steve Dunham / Barry Dunham / Bari Shabazz / Barry Soetoro / Barack Hussein Obama-Suebarkah-X or whoever and whatever he is, is NOT constitutionally eligible to serve as President of the United States of America. Therefore, he is NOT a legal president, consequently he needs to be removed NOW and everything he has done made null and void. Currently this may be done somewhat peacefully. If he is once again permitted to appear on the voting ballot later this year, with the massive amount of voter fraud now being admitted to, he will win and America will be pronounced dead. This is not hyperbole, but merely statement of fact.

Generally I am not prone to self-aggrandizing, but when it come to this fraud in the White House and what he has done -- and continues to do unabated – combined with the repercussions it has caused … I am indeed a freeking genius as one of the few who stated years ago most of the stances some are now adopting as we approach the hour of no return.

Suddenly it is All About the Constitution

Having just finished reading my e-mails and my favorite conservative news sites, I must say I am more disgusted than ever…and that’s pretty daggone disgusted. So it is best that I come here to vent my anger and frustration than on someone else’s site where I could be attacked or booted off. No one comes here to read, so it is my safe place.

Frankly, the screaming about trampling, trashing, shredding, burning, and walking all over the Constitution has grown quite old and quite tiresome.

Every group -- from the Christian organizations, to the values groups, to the liberty and/or patriot dot coms, to the tax gangs, to those claiming to represent my rights, to all the so-called conservative groups, and those crazy libertarians, along with many of the new media organizations -- are up in arms and telling me I must fight.

Yes, I simply MUST call, fax, write and harass my congress critters and yours as well.
Why? Because they are trampling, trashing, shredding, burning, and walking all over the Constitution, that’s why. And if I could send a few bucks to help them fight the new atrocity of the day that would be swell.

Don’t get me wrong -- I completely agree that the Constitution has suffered all the adjectives they care to throw out into cyber-space to sensationalize their claims. In fact, I have contributed to many of them in the past. So what’s my problem?

Where the hell have they been for the past two years?!?!

Where were they in April of 2008 when John McCain was being subjected to cavity searches in order to prove he was a natural born citizen -- eligible to serve as President of the United States of America? Anyone that knows me realizes I loathe McCain. No, I really despise the puke. He falls third on my detestable meter -- directly under Obama/Soetoro and John Kerry. But I digress.

Why was McCain subjected to a Congressional interrogation and issued a Senate resolution declaring him a natural born citizen, but NOT ONE QUESTION was asked of the one person running for president who stated in his own autobiography, or whatever he called it, that he was a British subject at birth. WHY?!?!

As the drumbeat continued to get stronger and louder throughout the summer -- until August 2008 when the first lawsuit was filed questioning Obama/Soetoro’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president -- WHY were these groups not sending vast numbers of e-mails and snail mail urging us all to demand proof of his eligibility? Why were there no demands that the Senate…or the House…or the DNC…or the Secretaries of State certify this unknown apparition?

WHY???

The Court and Congress Expected the Other to Resolve the Obama Eligibility Question

An excerpt from Mario Apuzzo, Esq. analysis:

Rep. Serrano did not like Justice Thomas blaming Congress for the mishandling of the matter so he shoots back at Justice Thomas by telling him the Court failed to answer the Obama eligibility question when it should have but now is answering the question of whether someone who is not born in the United States can sit on the U.S. Supreme Court. From this comment we can conclude that Congress did not believe that it was its job to answer the question of whether Obama is eligible to be President and expected the judicial branch of government to answer that question.

Frankly, I'm not sure I agree with Mr. Apuzzo's analysis. All that can be gained from my perspective would be that we will have a school yard type volly of "it's your fault" ... "no it's not, it's your fault" until the usurping poe currently soiling the People's House continues to dismantle the USA and make enemies of the rest of the world.

During the 2008 campaign when the first lawsuits began to be filed in August, all one could hear over the din was how the Constitution does not disqualify anyone from RUNNING for POTUS, but only from SERVING as POTUS. We were told he must first win the election before there would be standing to file a lawsuit.

When he was proclaimed the winner of the election in November we were told the election had not been certified by the electors, therefore he had not officially been declared POTUS, thus the “president-elect” title was used for the following 2.5 months. Consequently, there were no valid reasons to object to his election.

Electors met in December to select the president and vice president. The electors sign, seal and certify packages of electoral votes and immediately send one set of votes to the President of the Senate. However, we were told unless and until the electoral votes are certified by a joint session of CONgre$$ there is no official winner of the election.

In January electoral votes are counted and tabulated before a joint session of both houses of CONgre$$, after which it is officially declared who has been elected President and Vice President of the United States of America. It is here that objections may be raised by members. Out of 435 criminals, not one SINator nor one (non-)representative had the … ummm … ahhh … errr…GUTS to object or question the eligibility of the poe. Consequently, on January 8, 2009 the poe and his side-kick were “officially” declared elected. But…but…but…he hasn’t actually been sworn in yet, so it is not official and he is not yet SERVING as potus became the battle cry for the next delay.

Then on January 14th, obama/biden paid a visit to the supreme court. Considering there were cases in the pipeline challenging obama’s constitutional eligibility to SERVE as president, this little “visit” remains highly suspect, IMHO, and our fate was sealed.


January 20, 2009 the biggest fraud in the history of the world was perpetrated not only on the USA, but the world.
SO -- now the illegal, ineligible poe is the SERVING potus. Many lawsuits have been filed only to now be told they have no standing.

What the hell does that mean? No standing? I am an American citizen -- a natural born American citizen -- as well as a taxpayer. Why do I not have standing? How is it that ONE person has standing to get prayer removed from schools? ONE person has standing to all but abolish Christmas in our schools and public forums? ONE person has standing to challenge “In God We Trust” on our currency or “One nation under God” in our pledge of allegiance, but NO ONE seems to have standing to challenge the constitutionality of an unconstitutional, illegal, ineligible person residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington, D.C.?

And we sit here and bitch and regurgitate ad nauseam all the information we have had for two years while the poe systematically destroys the USA and every ally we have ever had, while bowing and scraping at the feet of our enemies.

I think I’ll just go back to bed and cover up my head. Perhaps tomorrow I’ll awake to a sane world once again.

The Truth About Barack’s Birth Certificate

1. Anyone believing one word FactCheck has to say in regard to obama is a fool. FactCheck is a subsidiary of the Annenberg Foundation, for whom obama worked and served on their board.

2. You admit right here that IF he is indeed Barack Obama, Jr. he was a British subject and Kenyan citizen at birth, thus not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

3. Renouncing citizenship or having citizenship to a foreign nation expire rules has nothing to do with being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

4. One point you left out was his adoption by Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro. How does that fit into this puzzle?
